3A.1 - Pick-up location is 6210 S. 28th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85042.

3A.2 - Items may be picked up after you receive your order confirmation email or call.
Please be sure that the information you submit to Enchanted Garden Toys & Gifts is correct.
3A.3 - Items may be picked up during regular business hours. The store is located
in the office of Desert Marigold School and our hours and days of operation coincide
with the normal school hours and days.
3A.4 - If you need to set up a special time or day such as during the weekend, holidays
or vacation time you must contact Enchanted Garden Toys & Gifts before hand to see if a
time and date can be arranged. Times- 9am to 3pm Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri and 9am to 12:30 Thursday.

3A.5 - If you are unable to pick up your item you may request a refund or pay for shipping
plus a $5 handling fee and the items will be shipped out to you.
3A.6 - Any unclaimed items will be refunded less a 10% restocking fee after 30 days.
